Hi Guys!

Since long I have suffered from Dark circles and nothing I mean nothing worked for me, not even the chemical peels :( 

I have tried cucumber couple of times and it works well too but I am too lazy to lie down with eyes shut for 15 min with cucumber plus its little messy as the cucumber juice keeps drizzling down on your face. That when I read somewhere about the goodness of sandalwood and aloe vera for your eye and I tried it and trust me it works wonders from Day1. 

So here is your quick DIY for getting rid of those Ugly dark circles: 

• Take 1tsp of Sandalwood powder and 1.5 tsp of aloe vera Gel
• Mix then into paste
• apply around eyes for 10 min 
• Wash off with cold water

Do this regularly and feel the difference. 

I used Patanjali Chandan and kesar Aloe Vera Gel and Sandalwood Powder from local drug store.

Who Said Wenger's was Only About Pastries??

Hello Everyone

Now everyone who is in Delhi knows about Wenger's. It is the oldest and one of the best bakery situated in heart of Delhi (Connaught Place). It had a wide variety of pastries and probably the best ones. But Lesser known fact are its savory Items. Infact Wenger's has host of snacks that you wont find anywhere in Delhi. (Infact I personally love their snacks more than their Pastries!) 

So on my quest to to bring out the best that wenger's has to offer, I went there yesterday. 

They have a huge menu, starting from different Baquettes, burgers, cutlets, sandwiches and patties! (Trust me list is endless!). The best part about Wenger's is that they have both non veg and Veg items and the variety is magnanimous in both Veg and Non-Veg ( Its very rare thing now days as now most of the outlets have more options in Non-Veg and very limited options for veg :( ) 

While I was tempted to try everything But I though of trying somthing different, So I went ahead and ordered following: 

1. Mutton Shami Kebeb

2. Chicken Patty

3. Veg Baquette

4. Coconut macroon

I must say I absolutely Loved everything. My personal favourite is chicken patty, Try it out if you wanna have chicken and patty in a new avtar. It is like a pair made in heaven. I also loved coconut macroon, though to some it might feel like a coconut burfi, but I simply love coconut dessert hence I liked it too. 

Veg baquette is a very light and flavorful footlong. so serve you pizza cravings. I personally am not big fan of mutton hence I didnt like shami kebeb much but it is worth trying if you are a meat lover. 

Overall I was too satisfied with the food and I would definitely so there again, and next time you visit Wenger's don't just fall for pastries and try host of snack items that Wenger's has to offer.

You simply love Delhi chaat, gol gappas, Chole Bhature, tikki, Butter chicken and in-numerous food varieties that Delhi has to offer.  you love going to different places and try all kinds of food but street food is you all time favorite you hog it like anything.  You take food very seriously and it is very hard to convince your palate. Good food is all you want and you never settle for anything average.

Tiramisu Reinvented!

Hi There 

Weekend was here and its drizzling in Delhi.  Perfect ambience for perfect date/ long drive and Sunday brunch.  My first preference is always to go for a movie but since this weekend no movie was there so I decided to go to DU (its being long time Due since I returned to Delhi) and try out a recently opened cafe: Cafeteria & Co. 

Well its newly opened but its demand can be guessed from its long waiting list. We waited for 20 min before we could get a table, But I must say the staff is super polite, courteous and helpful. (A rare sight now a days). So we finally got our table and were absolutely blown off seeing the prices. 

Relax it was a good surprise, as most of the items were below Rs. 150 (yes you read it right only Rs 150!) So it raised our apetite even more.  Well the menu was bit confusing so we turned to the waiter for top recommendations and she suggested us to try out their signature drink- Tiramisu Shake and Bahama Breeze.  

So we ordered it, we also found fried quite different and tempting so we ordered Masala fries with Chiptole Chilli dip. 

The moment tiramisu shake came, it was so tempting that I knew I gonna love it and it indeed was worth every sip. I have never tasted any shake like this before. it was absolutely yummy! 

I must say I was big fan of oreo and snicker shake but they stand now where in front of it. 

It was simply amazing!  

Coming to Bahama Breeze, it was okay in taste, it is basically a Guava juice based mocktail, refreshing but nothing compared to tiramisu shake.  

The fries were full of taste and Favorful. After long time had such awesome fries and the Chiptole Chilli sauce complemented the fries perfectly

After having so. much our foodie self was still hungry for more so we ordered Charred Achari Mushroom Tikka and German chocolate Shake (Pics Below)

The mushroom tikka was good in taste, and I must say the portion size of dishes is also enough for two people however German chocolate shake was a disappointment and like any ordinary chocolate shake with choco chips. 

Cafeteria & Co also has new type of burgers called Beyonce!  which is their star shaped chicken burger, It looked equally interesting but we were too full to try it, So we have saved it for our next visit. 

Overall this place was a delightfull experience and Tiramisu shake was the highlight. I would definitely recommend everyone to try their Tiramisu shake and Enjoy Tiramisu in a different and Yummy Avtar
